Dr. Bonnie Lee is an experienced therapist with over 25 years in counselling individuals, couples and families. She is also an Associate Professor in Health Sciences at the University of Lethbridge, teaching courses in Family Counselling, Religion and Spirituality, Addictions Counselling and Health Promotion.

Dr. Bonnie Lee is the developer of an integrative, evidence-based Congruence Therapy model based on the work of Virginia Satir, a pioneer in family therapy. Congruence means to be aware of self, other, and the influence of one's past. This innovative, transformative research-based therapy has augmented clients' personal, relational and spiritual resources in producing positive clinical outcomes in addiction and mental health.
